The One Heart is a spiritual collective devoted to sharing the channelled teachings known as The Wisdom of The One. We are Louise Griffith, Claire Wiggins and Katrine Gadsby. Our work centres on the dissemination of these beautifully crafted pieces of prose, through live broadcasts, podcasts and volumes containing selected pieces. The spiritual empowerment of the individual is central to the teachings and we have used them as the basis for a number of courses, retreats and workshops, details of which you will find on this website.
Our inspirers stress the simplicity of the actions we need to take to live in an expanded state of consciousness, and we carry this message of simplicity and stillness throughout our work with both individuals and groups.
Brief History
In early 2020, as the UK entered lockdown, we began meeting online, to support one another. We had previously trained together as healers in person and already shared a deep spiritual connection.
At first, our weekly Zoom gatherings were simple. They offered mutual support and a short meditation. However, after only a few weeks, the meetings began to evolve. Once we decided to open and close with reverent statements, something shifted.
During the meditation portion of almost every session, a short piece of channelled writing began to come through, most often received by Claire Wiggins. The impressions and insights received by the other members frequently echoed the same themes and concepts.
Those weekly sessions continue today. Over time, some members have moved on and others have joined. What has remained constant is the steady emergence of a beautifully inspiring and supportive body of teachings from a source that identifies itself as The Command of One.
At the heart of these teachings is the notion of the Oneness of all things. Within that Oneness lives the concept of The One Heart and The One Mind. The message from our inspirers is simple: a gentle shift in perception brings us into alignment with the fundamental frequency that flows through all creation, the Frequency of One, which IS Truth.
This shift is not complicated, indeed it is incredibly simple. It begins by becoming aware of one’s own heart centre and consciously “dropping down” into that space they call The One Heart, the collective heart within the Oneness. From this alignment, we emanate the highest frequency which is creative Love. The teachings suggest that this transmutation of our experience into frequency, is our purpose in incarnating on this planet, a place they describe as the Planes of Struggle and Growth.
We call this process The Shift into Oneness.
